??????????? การรักษามารดาที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยเป็นกลุ่มแอนติฟอสฟอไลปิดครบตามเกณฑ์ ใช้ยาแอสไพริน ร่วมกับ low molecular weight heparin ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่จะได้ผล¹ แต่มีร้อยละ 20 ที่ไม่ตอบสนองต่อการรักษา อาจจำเป็นต้องรักษาด้วยทางเลือกอื่นด้วย คือ corticosteroids, hydroxychloroquine, intravenous immunoglobulins และ plasmaphaeresis² โดยผู้ที่มีความเสี่ยงที่จะไม่ตอบสนองต่อการรักษาจะเป็นผู้ที่มีโรคเอสแอลอี ผู้ที่ประวัติหลอดเลือดอุดตันและทารกเสียชีวิต หรือผู้ที่มีแอนติบอดีทั้งสามตัว ได้แก่ Lupus Anticoagulant (LAC), anticardiolipin antibodies (aCL) และ anti-?2-glycoprotein I antibodies (anti-?2GPI) เป็นผลบวก³
