??????????? สารที่ช่วยการเจริญเติบโตของเนื้อเยื่อ ได้แก่? สารในกลุ่มของ insulin-like growth factor ชนิดของ insulin-like growth factor จะมี insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) และ insulin-like growth factor-2 (IGF-2) สารเหล่านี้พบในน้ำนมโดยจะพบมากในหัวน้ำนมและลดลงเมื่อระยะเวลาผ่านไป1-3 ลักษณะของ insulin-like growth factor ในน้ำนมจะจับกับโปรตีนและเอนไซม์ การออกฤทธิ์จะช่วยให้เนื้อเยื่อเจริญเติบโตและลดความรุนแรงในการเกิดการฝ่อของลำไส้4,5 นอกจากนี้ IGF-1 ยังออกฤทธิ์ช่วยป้องกัน enterocyte จากการถูกทำลายโดย oxidation stress6 และการให้ IGF-1 จะช่วยเพิ่มการสร้างเม็ดเลือดและความเข้มข้นของเลือดได้7
